I ordered a matcha latte and asked the staff for sugar, but they ignored my request without explanation. When I got it, it was incredibly sweet, which was unpleasant. I returned to ask, and was told the sugar was pre-mixed. Speechless, I threw my drink away—I didn't want to waste it, but the experience left me feeling very uncomfortable. I'd say the food isn't a big deal, but the service could be improved. If you're someone who's trying to control sugar, avoid this place.
