After giving this location another chance (they forgot my birthday cake order last year), I’m disappointed to say the experience was just as bad. We visited for Mother’s Day and the service was extremely poor. The staff were rude and visibly giving side-eyes, speaking poorly about customers, and not paying attention when taking orders. Terrible experience. My coffee wasn’t sealed properly and spilled all over me, ruining my clothes. I had to go back home just to change — completely unacceptable. What made it worse was the customer service. I politely asked if they could offer a small piece of cake as a courtesy given the situation, and they still insisted I pay for it. No accountability, no effort to fix the issue. Definitely not the level of service you expect
Entre por primera a esta cadena de pastelería Coreana, pensé que mi experiencia sería agradable y no fie asi. Domingo 6pm, las mesas sucias, todas las mesas estaban sucias y nadie que las limpié. La atención en la caja fue mala, la persona que nos atendió estaba muy apurada y casi nos tira la comida, pienso que para los precios que se pagan no deberían dar un pésimo servicio. Varias cosas por corregir, la atención y la limpieza. No justifica el precio a lo que se encuentra en el local.
