God forbid you are unsatisfied with your order at this place. They will refuse to reheat things up for you if you forgot to ask at the checkout, and even if you take a small sip from your drink and don't like it they will refuse to remake it for you or give you something else. This is a cafe/bakery for gods sake if people are unhappy with your products then you do something to fix it. That's the entire point of the food industry. Went with a friend to get a drink and pastry this weekend. I ordered a cold specialty tea that was served in a plastic cup with a lid. We sat at a table and when I lifted the cup to drink the lid came off and spilled everywhere, on me, on the table and on the floor. We cleaned it up ourselves as no employee seemed to care or take action even walking past the mess! The floor needed attention so an employee came out with a mop.
