After an highly anticipated trip to Paris Baguette, I’m extremely disappointed with both the food quality issue and the customer service at this location. My family and I purchased several baked goods, pastries and a full cake. Shortly after returning home, we cut into the cake and discovered a strand of hair embedded with a strawberry. I have been a regular customer at this Paris Baguette location and purchase their bread almost every week because it is marketed as freshly made. Unfortunately, my recent experience has raised serious concerns about quality control and food safety. I purchased a loaf of soft cream bread in the morning and later discovered visible green mold on it. The drinks and sandwiches my fiancé and I got were delicious! (That pesto baguette was so 🤤!!!) This location was cleaner than others I’ve been to, the service was quick, and the staff were super kind! I wanted to leave a shout out to Desiree who was very friendly and even complimented me 🥹🩷 !!! The experience was wonderful and we will 100% be coming back!
