I bought the Chocolate Chiffon cake. And everything was great untill the Birthday person found long human hair in the cake. I felt so embarrassed that the cake that bought had something unexpected....that was disgusting. The day was ruined and know I look bad in the guest eyes that the cake had human hair in the cake that I bought!!!!

For some reason they removed my review. I have emailed customer service about my experience they never did anything about it. I purchased cake last month had mold on it had to toss it.
I was introduced to Paris Baguette a month ago. It’s a beautiful bakery. The entire establishment is clean and everything looks delicious but with that being said, the customer service is lacking. My reason for this is no one wants to come in and there is not even a “good morning” “hello” “welcome” absolutely nothing. Customer service is multi faceted. There are many parts and sometimes a smile goes a long way. That’s not happening at this location.
