I had such a great time during my visit it was truly amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. I especially prefer the Germantown location over the one in Rockville. The team there is even more hospitable, the space is larger, and there are more options to choose from. I absolutely love that place! I will definitely go back
Customer service was horrible, employees were rude and not welcoming at all. When I tasted my cake slice, it was extremely dry. I wanted to try this place out since Paris Baguette Rockville was amazing and I lived closer to this area, but I am deeply disappointed.
So I went to this location on Monday, staff was nice, everything looked good but as soon as I got home I noticed there was fungus on the strawberry on one of the pastries. I called immediately and since I was there like 20 mins ago the employee that rang me up remembered me and pulled up my name and order total and said she had refunded me for the pastry. Two days went by and it didn’t show in my account so I called back and spoke to the manager John, I told him the whole thing and he wasn’t really helpful and actually seeme... read more

Terrible experience. I called to ask about a specialty cake listed on their own menu, and the manager snapped, “Where did you see that? We don’t have them,” in the most rude, dismissive tone. He wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence or ask about options. His attitude was so nasty, I lost my temper and ended up hanging up on him. He seriously needs to take an attitude pill and get trained in basic customer service!! Thankfully, the Rockville location was the complete opposite helpful, and professional.
