They can’t get an order right and when you call they have an attitude every time. The young lady I just spoke to was rude and couldn’t care less. When I asked her her name she was silent and then just hung up. Very lame and not worth the time or money anymore. Just about every door dash order is wrong these days and their attitude is terrible.

Went to this place today. Totally unimpressed. Average taste and even asking for my selections to be heated up, the staff member put it in the oven for no more than 10 seconds. Still cold. Another staff member said “the ovens (behind the register) don’t work correctly.” Fix the damn things and don’t serve cold food!
The sandwiches are amazing! Customer service is great and everything always seems very fresh. Last time I was there, an employee was actively restocking all of the fresh pastries. Looks like a great place to get a birthday/special occasion cake. The only thing that needs help is the barista area. The drinks are awesome so people wait up to 10-12 minutes for their drinks when it is busy, but this is very easy to solve. Have a dedicated barista or two during business times.
