At around 11:05am on 9/6th, one of your employees dropped a piece of bread on the floor, picked it up and put it right back to the tray. It was truly disgusting. Don't they have no respect towards customers? Please discipline your employees better.
Great all around. Finally a good place to grab some savory and sweet treats
Coppell Texas location. The cream.of the cream. Relaxing. Soft isno classy (not classical) music and always newly imagined sweets that are not very sweet but buttery nutty surprises if new flavors. The American coffee is excellent. Very classy unobtrusive service before even being asked for. Returning over and over. The place for us for deserved rewards and a place to unwind.
This is my absolute go-to bakery and patisserie! The staff is completely friendly and helpful and the prices are right. And don't forget the coffee to go with it!
