I’ve been a regular customer at this Paris Baguette since it opened, visiting once or twice a week, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I am writing to formally express my concern regarding a very disappointing experience I had one day morning at Coppell location. This was my first time visiting this branch, and I purchased a roll cake as a gift for an important person. At other locations, I have always been asked whether I needed a bag at checkout. Best bakery I’ve been to in a 30 minute vicinity of my house. The chocoholic chiffon cake is heaven. So are the snack pastries. All my family’s cakes are from here.
