Great birthday cakes andpastries!
Such a dirty environment. The pics don’t show how truly dirty the place is and the service is pretty bad and slow too.
I ordered 3 matcha lattes and all of them came almost looking white, tastes like milk and no matcha. I also ordered the ham and Swiss roll and it was missing the ham. I tried to call, sent me to voicemail 4 times before someone picked up and left me on hold and never got back to me.
Terrible customer service. I was tasked with picking up a wedding cake from this location, which was about two miles away from the wedding venue. As soon as I arrived at the wedding venue and opened the box, I noticed that the 3-layer cake had defrosted. I immediately returned the cake to the store and spoke with the GM. He refused to prepare another cake for us, and his negative attitude and lack of care were unbelievable.
