On July 28, 2025, at around 8:00 PM, I visited Paris Baguette. I observed multiple flies landing on the bread displayed in the case. I requested to speak with the manager regarding this issue, but the staff stated that no manager was present and refused to address or remove the contaminated food from display. This is a serious food safety concern, and I request an immediate inspection of the facility.
Paris Baguette on Castro Street in Mountain View is a lovely bakery café with a warm, inviting atmosphere. We visited as a family and enjoyed a variety of fresh pastries, cakes, and sandwiches. The croissants were flaky and buttery, and the fruit tarts were beautifully made. The café is clean and stylish, with plenty of seating both indoors and outside. This place is a joke. Every time I come, the restroom is “out of service.” Seriously? It’s a basic need. How can a café not have a working restroom? Never coming back.
