Although it is a chain, the quality of the pastries is top notch. Service is great as the staff is helpful in picking out among all their sweets and the atmosphere is lively - pick a seat by the window if available to watch the people go by along Castro Street. I can't remember if there was outdoor seating.
Great selection of pastries. But the customer service is awful, they first billed me for the wrong drink, when I just accepted the error and asked about at least making it decaf, they started explaining what the drink is pretty rudely. I was already accomodating their billing error but the rude interaction on top of it was off-putting. (6/7 2.30pm shift) Good options for pastries and desserts, great location and ambience but I might not visit again.
Fast service! Fresh pastries and a huge variety. We had a chai tea that was a bit milky and low on the tea flavor, but still had a good flavor. Mochi donuts were fresh and tasty. The place is clean and can clear a line quickly.
