I am appalled by ParikhHealth's response to my husband's review, which fails to address the core issues with their billing practices. Despite their claim of valuing patient feedback, they have consistently ignored our emails and now I see that they have responded publicly on Google Reviews. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any medical provider. The service provided was shockingly poor, and their billing practices are deceptive, misleading, and borderline unethical. Initially, they gave me a cost estimate that turned out to be completely inaccurate—I ended up being charged 40% more than what they quoted for my physiotherapy visit (which they tried to justify as a one time charge that was never mentioned while scheduling).
