As you would read in most of the reviews, every patient has had a really bad experience with the doctor and the entire team. Not only are they rude from the beginning, but they also overcharge for the services they provide. They don't tell you all the services upfront, and you get a surprise when you are finally billed by the insurance. When you try to follow up with them about the bill, they never respond until the time for the payment has passed, and then they start threatening you for the bill payment. Moved to the area and was looking for a new PCP. Front desk staff were rude and uninviting when I showed for my appointment, and didn't even greet me until I asked for help. The tech who did my intake and the PA were nice when I came in for a regular checkup, but when I had a virtual appointment with Dr. Parikh a few months later he was late, eating during the call, and very dismissive of my questions or concerns. I scheduled an appointment(Video) based on the positive reviews. During the appointment, he suggested physical therapy, which I attended afterward. The appointment was hardly 20 minutes and I got billed for 45 minutes. The physical therapy session lasted only about 60 minutes and consisted of a self-evaluation and a few exercises. Additionally, I was charged for a 90-minute session with incorrect billing codes. I wouldn't recommend this health provider. I think all the positive review are not genuine. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. Parikh doesn’t care about your health. Just how much money he can squeeze from you. Expect charges to trickle in even after a year from your last appointment.
