If I had to I wouldn't even give 2 stars. Although the service provided by Raine is amazing but I had a disappointing experience with Patty. I initially prepaid for a Chemical Peel, but later requested to switch to a HydraFacial and Dermaplaning package. I was open to paying any price difference. However, Patty insisted I either pay full price for the HydraFacial and Dermaplaning service I received or, if I opted for the package, I’d only be entitled to one more session — which doesn’t make sense based on the pricing. I just had a Kybella with Alena at Paris Medspa. She is amazing ! So professional and knowledgeable. It was a really good experience, It was my second session , and it was not painful at all. She follows protocols and a sterility. I already see a positive results after my first session. The down time was about 4 weeks which is expected and she explained me. Excited to see my results after the second session. Highly recommend this practitioner and Paris MedSpa!
Highly recommended spa. Had the best experience with staff especially Elena who was so careful taking care of my special case ensuring necessary medical clearances were secured. She had my well being and comfort in mind and acted accordingly. I am impressed by their policies and procedures in respecting what medically is important to their customers.
