Very nice people! My daughter, a college student, went to Parham's thinking she needed a battery. The mechanic cleaned her battery cables and didn't charge her a penny! (She didn't need a battery.) Very nice! It would have been very easy to take advantage of her innocence and sell her a battery, but they didn't. I will certainly send her back there should she have any other automotive problems!
