After multiple calls over a couple of weeks we were finally able to get a hold of someone from the leasing office. We were told that the apartments had a minimum income requirement which my mom fell below. As her son, I offered to cover the difference with a gift letter. Call to inquire about an apartment for my mom one of the Property Management Ladies was very rude and condescending. We asked if we can have application mailed because we live out of state she says No. They need to see her sign the application. What??? Never heard of that before I thought that is why we have Notaries. Second, she would not disclose how long the waiting list was. I'm mortified by her answers and they was she was totally speaking to my sister and I.
