My mom lived in this apartment complex from when they first opened up, this was 20+ yrs ago, it was beautiful, and management was awesome, they made sure that their residents were happy, and able to enjoy the amenities (that NO LONGER) existed prior to my mom passing away almost 2yrs now. That management team is long gone. Do NOTTTTT move here at all I would rather move into a 1 bedroom place in New York then live here. The only that keeps my coming back is my grandma and that’s because I have to see her and I love her dearly. If it wasn’t for my grandma I would never return to this place. Elevators barely work, roaches, rude managers or whatever. And the doors barely work either. Just throw the whole building away. Coming from somebody who is young do not move here!!!
After multiple calls over a couple of weeks we were finally able to get a hold of someone from the leasing office. We were told that the apartments had a minimum income requirement which my mom fell below. As her son, I offered to cover the difference with a gift letter. I was very rudely told from the leasing manager that my gift letter was too much and they would not accept it and “in her 20 years she’s never seen a letter for that much “.They didn’t even let us view a property because “we would be wasting their time “.
