I used to see Dr Sandy when I lived in West End, and since moving further away I was so sad to have to find another local GP. I’ve just discovered that she has now moved to my area and I’m absolutely thrilled! I’ll be starting to see her again ASAP. Dr Sandy is amazing — she’s a true all-round GP, a one-stop spot for everything. She is so helpful, always takes the time to listen, and genuinely cares about her patients. I’m so happy to welcome her to our area.
My family and I always have the best experience at Parfrey Medical for over 25 years. Gayle at front desk has the warmest personality and is a pleasure to deal with and always goes above and beyond for all her customers. Dr Vu is like no other doctor and I refuse to go elsewhere, always caring and makes you feel heard. If I could do more than 5 stars I would!
Gail the receptionist was very rude. She hung up before I had finished the conversation. I wanted a repeat script but she insisted that I had to see a GP (Vu is on holidays) even though we have all the health history on line and am just awaiting specialist treatment at the end of this month.
Very well run and helpful Doctors. Knowledge is excellent. Reception are good, waiting times acceptable. I’m happy to continue seeing Dr Vu..
I saw Dr Pham and Dr Champa over the last year for some health issues that I was trying to get to the bottom of. They kept telling me that it was reflux and IBS. I asked for a abdominal scan or an ultrasound repeatedly only to be told we would check out blood tests first. Blood test levels were all normal but I was still unwell, lethargic, in pain and nauseous and I still needed a scan. I was not given a scan.
