Not very clean. Dust piles under bed. Water is literally tap water, it tastes like urine and soap. It's awful. Food is OK but WAAAAYY too much salt and carbs. Nurses cant do straight stick draws but maybe 2. The rest are awful. They injur your veins using catheter they dont insert properly and takes forever to get blood from. The only place I've been to that uses catheter which is not safe for the volunteers as it damages your vein and causes blood clots. Night Nurses are HORRIBLE, they are so rude. I am currently completing a clinical trial with Parexel and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The entire process was smooth, easy, and very well organized from start to finish this isn’t my first time here as well. The staff truly care about your comfort and well-being — you’re well-fed, closely monitored, and treated with respect every step of the way.
