my experience, this CRU was one of the more difficult sites I've dealt with in over 100 clinical trias i've done personally. The environment did not feel welcoming, and I felt there was a strong tendency to look for reasons to disqualify participants or place restrictive notes in their profiles, sometimes over issues that did not seem significant. I participated in a clinical trial managed by Parexel in 2019 and developed a documented drug-related skin reaction shortly after dosing that has never fully resolved. Since then, I have spent years trying to obtain meaningful follow-up, medical guidance, and accountability regarding my condition with little success. With the increase of people you should update the house rules to NOT allow people to have phone calls inside the room as it disrupts the 5 people that are trying to rest!.
Hello everyone this is my first experience as a clinical trial volunteer and I was referred to this particular Medical facility. On this video is my second visit. I have successfully qualified for a clinical trial so this is my experience before the trial. So far everything has been a breeze, interacting with the staff has been pleasant. Parexel is very considerate and adequate. For what it's worth ofc this is not the Ritz Hotel but as a paid volunteer there is much to be appreciative about . The food is good and the stay is safe . Mind your business here and stay out of drama from whatever other volunteers are complaining about and you'll be just fine . Bring some books ,laptop etc and your stay will be smooth . We are all here to do a job .including and especially the staff .If you get to enroll in a study here remind yourself that they are not robots . Ha... read more
