Unless they're closed on holiday schedule nobody picks up the phones there or at La Habra. Two days now requesting color swatch sheet for La Habra Stucco. Emails , phone calls all of which go to v m in all departments. Waiting in que forever listening to irritating looped music. Contacted a dozen of their dealers which all claim they are not supplied with swatch sheets and haven't been fir some time. Ya no se llama Parex... su nombre es Sika... Ese nombre tiene el letrero, el numero sí está visible, pegado en grande en la esquina en la parte alta del edificio Muy amables los señores de recibo... Un espacio muy chiquito pero muy bien organizado, entrada en fila del lado izquierdo y descargan conforme al turno de la fila
Sika it’s the new name.!! But honestly they need to improve a lot more on will calls.. every time I came here they always take about 45 minutes to an hour waiting to receive my material. When there is not customers waiting. Please do something we have jobs waiting on us too.. I’m here since 6:20 am still waiting and its 7:40am all I see it’s forklift drivers just driving around
