Not helpful at all!
I was so pleased with my visit to the service department. My service advisor Marlen really knows her trade and really took care of me. When I called, I got an immediate response to which I was very pleased. No doubt a 5 star experience. I highly recommend!
Took my F Pace in for it's last free service. The work they said they did and change brake hoses and it was on my paperwork, was not completed. I drove 2.5hrs one way for this service, since they have closed the Jaguar store in Baton Rouge. Once I got home and seen the new brake hoses was not put on I called them out on it. They wanted pictures to prove it which I do understand. They did send a driver with a loaner car a couple of days later and took mine back to make to repairs. Poor vehicle services. Think it over 10 times before PURCHASING with this dealership.
I have never been so disappointed in service and a vehicle so badly. Let's start with vehicle the last 5 years i bought and drove about 15 different vehicle how do you make a vehicle where the model year ended in 24 and already stopped making a know issue item on the car and also dont have a warranty repair out for it. I will never ever purchase a jag or land rover again. do yourself a favor and do the same.
