I took my jaguar f-type convertible in for a scheduled service appointment on December 10th 2024. After a week, I had heard nothing. When I called I was informed that the tech was booked through the end of the month and wouldn’t get to my vehicle until January. Just bought my second Defender. I traded in my old one, bought a new one, thanks to Anna, my salesperson who found the perfect Defender for me. Thanks Anna! This is the first time I bought the same car twice, that is how much I love my Defender. I've always had a good experience in service with my old Defender. I visited a few times, it's was fine. Cassey is great!
I initially reviewed Paretti Jaguar with 5 stars due to a very pleasant experience with Trey Howland, one of the salesman. Unfortunately, I have to drop my rating down due to future issues with the dealership. One month after I purchased my car, it suddenly had a catastrophic failure of the coolant system leaving it inoperable. I had a great experience at Paretti Jaguar. I worked with Trey Howland during the purchase of my car, and we reached a deal that both parties were satisfied with. The dealership itself was also very nice and well kept.
My wife and I have been buying Jaguars for 30 years and have been pleased with their service. However, I took my 2019 F Pace in 1 week ago and heard nothing. When I called, I was told it would be another 5 days before the diagnoses will be completed. This is unacceptable for a luxury car dealer.
