Love Dr. Parepally and her staff. Everyone there is always so nice. I've been seeing her for 13 years and have never had a bad experience.
I was very anxious seeing Dr. Parepally because of negative reviews about her and her staff. However, Dr. Parepally came highly recommended from another specialist and having called the office directly myself I couldn't have been happier with my first interaction with the doctor and her staff. The doctor and her staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and put me at ease during all aspects of my visit.
This doctor was highly recommended for her kindness, attention to detail, and true compassion for her patients. We experienced this with our first visit. We were very happy. However the second visit was a different story. It was like a completely different doctor. She actually reprimanded me when I asked a question regarding my daughter’s health issue.
