This was a long time ago, but it saved my life and my family's life. I was ready to walk out on my young kids and suddenly without knowing it existed I ask the operator to be connected to Parents Anonymous. They talked to me for about an hour until I was calm and then they showed up the next day with crayons, puzzles, coloring books.
