Doctor was incredibly friendly and that part of the visit was extremely smooth. I'm knocking a star off because the nurse, while not rude, basically read off note cards for her portion, no personality at all, 100% clinical and cold. Overall excellent visit though. Definitely coming back.
I’ve called the Bentonville store multiple times, and every single time, I’m placed on hold for more than 5 minutes. Meanwhile, when I call the Rogers store, they pick up right away. It’s frustrating to experience this consistently, and it makes me avoid calling Bentonville altogether. Better phone service would improve the experience.
The WiFi was out in the office and it seems they could have had the Roger’s office fax over my child’s records. There were certain parts of the exam that could not be completed because of the WiFi outage, but no effort was made to reschedule. I had to call to get the prescription emailed vs them proactively emailing it as they said. This was the first time we’ve ever had an issue with the office (we love Parenti-Morris). I guess I just expected more post exam customer service since they were unable to deliver a normal exam.
Everyone in the office were helpful and great. Cannot remember her name, but she was wonderful . Took her time explaining everything!
I waited for a half hour, rude staff, didn’t even try checking my insurance or personal information. Rude and discriminatory staff.
