We're closing on a new build condo. This law firm represents the builder. They never sent closing date instructions, lied that they did, they claimed we called them and were rude to them- we never did (don't have their phone number to call, besides, we have a lawyer so why call them in the first place?). This is the worst experience we've had buying real estate due to this law firm. We have less than a week to close on the condo or risk losing our down payment and possibly being sued by them.
