Andrea was absolutely phenomenal with helping me handle my grandmother's finances when she had to go into a nursing home. My grandmother had some unique complexities that Andrea was able to assist with that I was unable to get a solution for. She helped me between 2018 and 2020.
Horrible experience. This has been dragging on for 6 months. They don’t call back, can’t help you and they charge 3,000. I would hire a lawyer or try to do it myself. What a waste!
I was referred to ParentCare USA by Newbridge on the Charles. I was told I HAD to use their services to complete the paperwork needed for long term care. I spoke with the ParentCare rep and they were going to charge me $3000 just to switch from Medicare/Medicaid short term to long term. PLEASE do not fall for this scam. There are plenty of agencies to help with this process for FREE!!!!
