If they can answer the phone for once it would be nice to know if I'm going to DIE OR NOT !!
I loved Dr. Madelyn Paredes. I stopped going a few years back because of the staff NEVER ANSWERING THE PHONES. Also, if the doctor explained to the staff about what she wanted me to be set up for like diagnostics for example...2 seconds later...they acted like they didn't know who I was. They always just looked around to each other then back to me as if I had 2 heads. Not personable at all. Maybe its because I don't speak Spanish.
Today i visited the doctors office with my husband to speak about the situation with the office staff. My husband had an appointment and they denied me to enter when i said I wanted to speak to the doctor. I gave 2 stars because of the doctor. She is excellent and its a shame. According to her staff im the only one with a problem. Now that i read all these reviews. Im NOT THE ONLY ONE. I've been a patient of this doctor for 3+ years my son and husband are also patient because of how great the doctor is. THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE... read more
Imposible to reach this doctor the phone disconnects not even a message
Love Dr. Madelyn but her front desk assistants make comments that are uncomfortable for patients....for example Dr Madelyn ask me to make a diagnostic just to make sure everything is ok with me and her secretary or what ever she is, starts making comments and they exagerate everything and starts saying ooh you are so young and your having this test ....I'm like really!!!like If I were going to die or I have something wrong.....If the doctor sends you to take a test it's because she wants to make sure you are healthy not to s... read more
