First I would like to state that this is not Roxanne McHugh,it’s her husband dean who recently called pardys and emailed them for a quote on a recreation vehicle,left my name and number with someone there,days went by,no one called me back,thought first I must have had the wrong number,but then i called the second time,days went by again no one called back,what a bunch,this must be really good for business, ITS EASIER TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE PREMIER LOL HAS ANYONE WENT THROUH THE SAME EXPERIENCE? I will pay more anywhere else than buy from there. Barry has to get back to his customers.
Salesman laughed at me when I asked if they would take a sled on trade for a sea doo and then ignored my message. Funny thing is I would have bought the sea doo without the trade. I guess they have the “if you don’t buy it, somebody else will” attitude. Will never buy anything from this dealer.
Great friendly service, a first time customer but will definitely be a repeat one!
