Very unprofessional, especially when calling. Had my car taken here twice and after receiving back the first time it was not fix. And was told buy a replacement part, but have been getting the run arounds. Was told to last week there would be availability, but called today and gave the model of the car and was told he didn’t have time. I will be bringing my vehicle here from now on. Car started to break down suddenly on the interstate. Had great reviews so we decided to give Pardo’s a try before trying to tow to the dealership. Had her fixed same day we brought her in. Amazing pricing and customer service!

I have taken 3 different vehicles to them since they opened. They have never done anything less than fantastic!!!!!! I can honestly say I trust him with my vehicle. The owner is super nice and honest!!!! I recommend him to everyone I know! Taking a 4th car in soon for work.
