Called earlier in the week about a 9am drop off of a car, 9-9:40 no one at front desk, no help, nothing. Plan to just go to a different mechanic in the future.
Pardo really cares about the customer experience, and he provides great customer service. His prices are reasonable, and he will tell you if something is worth pouring money into.
Done business in the past with Pardo, had great experience.. my daughter went in today and he was very rude. So…. Just catch him on a good day!
