Super disappointed with my experience. My son’s school used Pardon for their school spirit wear. I placed an order using THEIR order form. I ordered a short sleeve shirt for my son and instead they gave us a long sleeve shirt. I emailed them to get this rectified. Their response - it’s a custom order and will cost me $50+ to order a short sleeve shirt. They did not apologize or acknowledge having made a mistake. Horrible customer service.

This company has been nothing but amazing to work with and accommodate all my needs for large merchandise orders. The owner Pat, is extremely attentive, thorough, and was able to bring all my designs to life beautifully. This company was able to complete orders very fast, and for a reasonable price as well. Would recommend to anyone because it was always a great experience with them!

Ordered a bundle of sweaters for a university club and was so pleased with the product! Sharp, accurate embroidery at an affordable price! Customer service was excellent and they were very prompt with their replies. If I need anything embroidered/custom-made again, I’ll definitely go with Pardon Promotions!
