I called the office to discuss a quick inquiry i had. Lady was very rude, horrible attitude, didnt explain things properly and when id ask for clarification she kept telling me i "wasnt listening" and she will "just let me talk it out" ??? Did not feel comfortable at all.
This has been a great experience for me from start to finish. Unfortunately when I went to get finger prints, one of the workers there gave me false information about pardon partners.
