I would give them 10 stars, Meghan is amazing
Horrible experience. Only go here if you want rude and inadequate service. The clinic knew from our initial phone call that I was coming from Port Coquitlam and had to take time off of work to do it. While I cleaned my ears in the morning, when I got to the office they told me I needed to get my ears flushed in order to get the molds done. When I asked why they hadn’t told me that on the phone as part of intake or prep, the licensed head said “Not my problem”. I am very happy with the service I received at Pardon Me Hearing and wholeheartedly recommend it. Meaghan is very through and professional and answered all my questions with patience and full knowledge of the product. It was a pleasant experience and I have no hesitation in recommending her.
