I have had my new hearing aids for about six months now. The process from the first meeting with Meaghan to the follow up when something went sideways has been extremely positive. Meaghan certainly knows her business and is always ready and eager to help me have the best possible experience with my hearing aids. The hearing aids themselves have made a huge difference in my ability to communicate more effectively.

I recently visited Pardon Me Hearing in North Vancouver, and sadly, my experience left me feeling disappointed. Things started off quite well. Meaghan, the clinician who conducted my hearing test, was initially friendly, professional, and clear in her explanations. She walked me through the testing process and performed it efficiently.
