Misleading and disappointing experience. They advertise a free hearing test, but after the appointment we were told we had to pay $70 just to receive the report. I brought my mom in, and Meaghan took a photo of her ear and pointed out there was a bump in her left ear. Naturally I was concerned and asked what it could be. She said she couldn’t tell us anything, but that she would send the photo so we could show our family doctor or an ENT. After we paid the $70, they only sent the hearing test assessment — no photo.
