Amazing service. Very prompt with responses and informative when needed to ask question and made it as stress free as it possibly can. They dumb down the paper work and everything which works for anyone. Not to mention the successful 5year waiver and canadian pardon I got out of it.

So on this date (4-Feb-2026) I received my finalized notification email with PDF indicating that CR has been cleared. I expect the original in the mail. I've heard about PAC years ago (~2017) but made the actual connection back in October of 2023. I remembered the initial phone interview with an officer took about 45 - 50 minutes which set things in motion.
