Had a nasty fall on ice. Hit my head hard and pretty sure I’ve cracked a few ribs. A friend took me to Pardee Urgent Care in Mills River. We were there when the doors opened, as all their “appointments” were booked. They took me in right away. Everyone was kind and professional, from the front desk, Melinda, the medical tech, Dewy, as well as, Emily my nurse, and John the X-ray tech. I always get great treatment here. They are kind and professional.
This is the 4th Urgent Care Center I’ve visited in the past several years, and by far the best! I was seen in a reasonable amount of time, treated with kindness and compassion, and the doctor himself actually called me with test results! Unheard of!!!
