This is an absolutely fantastic staff. From the front office to my doctor. I feel welcomed, which is weird to say for a doctors office. I feel listened to and taken care of. They’re always happy and smiling and ready to take care of me. I applaud anyone that works for a doctors office, urgent care, or hospital or anything similar. People come in in a bad mood most of the time, they don’t feel well, or they’re concerned and hurt. Being greeted with a smile and asking me how my day is or was is such a warm welcome.
This is a great doctors office. They are connected to UNC chart so you can see all of your labs and appointments on the app. The front desk has always been super helpful and kind on the phone and in person. I have never waited long in the waiting room for my appointment.
