I like both the Dr's I've had here, but avoid this place like the plague (&Pardee in general) especially if you don't have insurance. This place has over billed me on a couple occasions. I get no where when I call their billing. So I just get stuck. The front desk is rude and has given me incorrect or deceptive information multiple times. Please do better for your patients Pardee. Today, I accompanied my husband to establish a new Primary Care doctor at UNC Blue MD here in Mills River with Physician-Assistant Mackenzie Precht. I can't express how impressed we were with the level of care and customer service we received. The front desk staff Amanda and Sharon, provided impeccable service, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. They billed me for services rendered after my HRA had already paid them, when myself and my insurance company tried to reach billing they do not answer the phone and if they do they don't know how to fix it, I'm going to get away from pardee after this, they are a mismanaged organization.
This was my first time at this particular Pardee location and there was a long wait but there is always going to be a wait in walk-ins. The lady, Malinda, at the front desk was really patient and kind. She was helping a guy at the front and got someone to translate so she could get him the proper help. The nursing assistant who took me back was really kind and the MD, Yuqi Mao, was very quick and professional.
