I have a question, what are the pool hours? Can we just use the pool whenever or no? I couldn’t find anything online or on the website
They do not answer the phone AT ALL. I’ve called 3 days in a row to gather information and left voicemails and have not received a call back. Pretty disappointing.
Recently did a tour with Diamond who works upfront and it was great. The process was smooth and all of my questions were answered. She was knowledgeable and most importantly professional!! I plan on applying soon.
This apartment complex is beautiful. The homes are beautiful, the landscaping is beautiful, and everything really does give luxury. Ioni, Ms. Love, TJ, and Maintenance are awesome! HOWEVER…I lived there for a couple of years, and the Cliffdale gate, which was always broken took forever to fix. That gate was broken the majority of the time I lived there. They are non professional when it comes to getting things done. We have lived here for a year and we have a whole in our floor that was brought up to maintenance and brought up to the office and nothing has been done. We live in a 2 bedroom with 3 kids at first they told us we can transfer and now they are telling us we have to wait until the end of summer.
