My husband and I have lived here for almost 3 years our electric bill has been in the 500 because of are ac unit which we have put in service request and they would come in and fix it for it to do the same thing over again for the 2 years. On 06/03/2026 we called the emergency line for the service request because are ac unit was not working it was 76 in our apartment when the ac unit was on 72 and now it’s 12:37 on July 4 2026 and it’s on 72 and it’s 80 degrees in our apartment we have 4 little ones and with it being so hot ... read more
Robin Robin Robin!! Such a wonderful person. She was very sweet and swift with the process. Very clear with what was needed and communicated beyond my expectations. Leasing with her was a breeze for me and my family and I’d do it over 10x.
While the grounds, the common areas, and the amenities look real nice, this here new management team is downright running this place into the ground. It’s gotten to where there ain't no proper upkeep, the whole property is looking plum neglected, and they don't care a lick about planting trees. To top it off, administration keeps turning a deaf ear to the folks living here, just paying no mind to our complaints and suggestions. Monarch Co, Wake up!!
