This apartment complex advertises itself as a luxury complex, but it is far from it. Gates are always open, people's cars have been broken into, playgrounds smell like weed, and people walk in and out of the complex who aren’t residents. Marijuana can be smelled, and drug transactions can be seen taking place. It can even feel unsafe to walk at night or during the day, with random groups coming through the gates and just hanging out in the complex. Ohh yes, and dog poop can be found almost everywhere.
The front office was really professional, imo, responsive, and seems to genuinely care about the residents!!
Javi and Robin went above and beyond and were so courteous. Extraordinary leasing team.
Management has just added another positive dimension to living at Parcstone. The hallways have been power washed. Thanks soooo much. Kids are no longer roaming the halls leaving trash, bottles and other unsightly materials, in addition to the disruptive noise element. Management continues to listen to residents and their concerns. This is our home and is not a football field, it is not a playground and it is not a park. Areas are designated for children to play and engage with each other. Just took a tour with Ms.Rena..She was awesome..Great help..explained everything very well..answer all questions..the apartments are gorgeous. Ms Rena took the time and explained the different floor plans. Informed us of nearby stores, restaurants, etc. Job well done Ms Rena...She made me and my daughter already feel at home.
