I have lived here since end of 2023. Apartment gates 9/10 times do not function; as a result anyone can come in and go as they please. Moreover, complaints have not been resolved in reference to a non functioning gate and numerous packages being stolen. Despite the issues being brought up, Parcstone refuses to install cameras for the safety of its community and items being shipped to your mailing address with them not addressing package theft at all. Highly recommend looking elsewhere to live.
Wow!!! This apartment complex is very professional and always available as needed. I appreciate the staff for their hard work and dedication of great service!! I recommend this complex to anyone !!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! I stayed here in 2020 and I had to go overseas I showed Mrs. Love my orders and she stated they needed to be updated, I did inform her that due to COVID they weren't cutting anybody updated orders. She asked me to come into the office as she couldn't talk to me over the phone. I went in and we discussed how I can get out of the apartment and just to pay up. My experience here was nothing like what was advertised. • Poor maintenance & cleanliness: I had to sweep leaves out of my own hallway multiple times because no one ever came to clean it. For the price they charge, that is unacceptable. • Constant noise issues: My upstairs neighbors were extremely loud at all hours.
