Called with an issue on my tractor, the service manager was very helpful and considerate. They took my tractor in and repaired it quicker than I expected. Highly recommend.
Jerry, the service manager at Salem PARCs, won my eternal gratitude, and business. He went far above and beyond, like I was the most important customer he’d ever helped. The Salem PARCs is over an hour away from me, and I had bought the tractor at Buckhannon State Equipment, much closer. Did not matter to Jerry.
