Every year I come here to get what I need to open my pool and every year Nathalie takes such great care of me! She is so kind, recommends me products and gives clear instructions and my pool always looks perfect once I do what she says! Last year I needed a new pump and Max was super helpful and clear with instructions on how to install it! They both make coming here a great experience!
Wow, Manon and her team of technicians have just raised the bar on my expectation of what customer service should be like.
