We put Parco windows in our new home. When it came time to install trim, we found the windows were not the right depth for a 6 inch wall. We were in a rush to finish so our contractor actually had to recess our trim in to the drywall to make everything flush. Our lumber supplier has no explanation. Very disappointed because now our trim does not sit properly in all places.
Lifetime guarantee. Ha ha!!! Screens are literally rotting away and rubber across the top turned hard and breaking. Very dissatisfied with this company😡
I put Parco windows in 2003 and have never had one issue with them. Very satisfied
Terrible experience with putting their windows in our new home! The windows came with a manufacturing defect which was confirmed by the company representative. Every time it rained the windows leaked and we had water on our floors. The representative said he would be back to fix it but never did. Numerous calls were made to get this problem resolved and still have not heard back 9 months later!
We only buy their windows. They are locally manufactured and they stand behind their products.
