WARNING about PARCO home improvements in Staten Island Fellow Staten Islanders, be very weary of a home improvement company by the name of PARCO owned by a sleaze named John Parisi who’s about 68 years old and lives on Long Island. He has about three employees and all his workers are day laborers who don’t even speak English so you won’t be able to communicate with them at all and Parisi only pops in on your job for a few minutes just to make it look good. John Parisi this guy Parisi did a siding job for me and it started to fall apart in a couple of years. It cost a lot of money and I sued him in small claims court and I won and now he refuses to pay me the money he owes me. He's nothing but a crook as far as I am concerned and I hear that he is looking for a new location and a new name for his business. You can run but you can't hide Parisi. What goes around comes around
Worst Decision I made! One of the worse decisions I ever made. Contracted in March 2011 to install windows to replace screen porch - five week contract - kicked them out on Nov 3, 2011 - have to redo much of the "finish" work. Never met a carpenter with less pride in his work - made all kinds of mistakes - needed to have plans re-drawn and re-filed with the Town at least twice - he refused to pay for extra architect and permit fees, and had the nerve to charge me extra for all the unnecessary work required by his mistakes. Good work, lousy service on the back end. Work was good, crew did a fairly good job of cleaning up (only 2 of my kids stepped on roofing nails). He was attentive through the actual process of doing the job. After that last check cleared though... Complaint- It has been over 1yr. since the work has been done, and despite numerous conversations with John I have yet to receive the warranties on my roof and siding. Still shotty after all these years! so sad to see that Parco Home Improvement is still doing shotty work. I had my siding done in 2005 and the workmanship was inferior. the caulking around the windows resembled that of the handiwork of a 2 year old. They did not even bother to caulk under the windows and the window capping was horrible. John Parisi is friendly enough but how he has the gaul to think his workers are doing a good job is beyond me.
