I stop at the booth every week during the Schenectady farmer's market. My favorite are the treringer (cardamom sugar cookies)! The food is a little pricier than what you'd find at the grocery store, but worth it!
Highly recommend Isabel and her Parchment bakery! We used her for our custom order wedding cake this fall for an intimate Adirondack wedding. I am not a fan of fondant or overly sweet cakes; I can be very picky. She made us the most beautiful, perfectly flavored vanilla cake with real raspberry frosting and filling. The cake was such a hit! I really can’t recommend her baking enough! Not to mention, she’s a dream to work and plan with!
Absolutely delicious cookies. I tried a variety and each cookie had phenomenal flavor and tasted like they are made from high quality ingredients. The gluten free cookies were the best I have ever had.
