Nestled away from it all Parcher's is a 20 minute drive up the mountain from Bishop. it is cool up there and lovely. The resort is wooded, well laid out with small cabins to rent to spend the night. There are also a few motorhome spots which you have to reserve in advance. The restaurant provides a good breakfast before you go fishing at South Lake, hiking or horse back riding. Look out for bears. So close to nature here, I love this place.
