I’ve shipped with these guys about 4 times in the last 6 months with a prepaid label and 3 out of the 4 packages have had fedex charge me extra fees for extra weight. Once for $8, again for $9 both saying that they 7-8lbs over the weight that I put and now over $43 extra on an aluminum level that was only 7lbs that miraculously said that it was 18lbs on the adjustment. I am disabled and have severe trembling at times which limits my ability to write clearly. I needed to fax a paper with a written cover sheet. When I ask the young man if he would mind to write it out for me he blatantly refused. Terrible service today. It was the only bad experience I've ever had there. So it's back to the UPS Store for me .

I brought a package in to Parcel Express for which eBay had sold me a prepaid FedEx label. The contents were quite expensive, so I asked the guy at the counter for a receipt. "Oh, that's a 'prepaid'. We don't give receipts for those. Never have." I know better, because many years ago, when I was a more active eBay seller, I would bring packages into Parcel Express weekly, and was always given a receipt when I asked for one. I use Parcel Express because they are always so helpful and polite.
