I stopped in to drop off a pre-paid FedEx package and was informed there would be a $1 charge just to print the label. To make matters worse, because I was paying with a card, the price jumped to $3. Charging fees on top of fees for a label that's already been paid for completely defeats the purpose. Save yourself the hassle and extra cost and just use USPS or another drop-off location. Won't be coming back.

It was raining, and I was carrying a large printer, so I couldn't open the front door. The sales associate stood behind the counter watching me struggle. I finally looked at him as if to say, "Seriously?" before he eventually came over and held the door open. This was only my second visit here, and it will likely be my last. Customer service is very important to me, and I believe it should be especially important for a local, family-owned parcel shop. Could not ask for better customer service. James has offered to find the best rates available. He has also helped when we had a package misshapes (no fault of Partial Express).

I’ve shipped with these guys about 4 times in the last 6 months with a prepaid label and 3 out of the 4 packages have had fedex charge me extra fees for extra weight. Once for $8, again for $9 both saying that they 7-8lbs over the weight that I put and now over $43 extra on an aluminum level that was only 7lbs that miraculously said that it was 18lbs on the adjustment.
