I went in to have a simple fax sent and the hipster guy at the counter was very rude. He wouldn't look me in the eye and was very curt and rude with questions. He actually shoved the receipt in my hand without so much as a "thank you." He practically told the lady in front of me to get lost (which she did with her parcel in hand as they are so overpriced!). Seems like they need an employee overhaul since neither myself nor anyone I know will be back to experience any of their crappy customer service!
