I needed to return a FedEx package to a company. They sent me a label. I was quickly told no QR codes. I said that’s ok, there appears to be a download. He repeated over & over $2.65. If I could give zero stars I would. We have used this Parcel Plus dozens of times to mail packages. Today I wanted to mail a high valued prepaid fedex package, so I wanted a receipt that I dropped off the item. The young woman said just leave it by the front door and we don’t give receipts. I’ve gotten receipts many times from them, but she refused to print/email/text a receipt and citing Covid as an excuse.
