He directly contradicted what she was insisting. She insisted I couldn't insure for more than $200 if I used USPS. She had also kept "telling me" without me asking for her advice, which package I should ship in. It was a $700 dress/jacket. I wanted a box so it wouldnt be crushed. Ok I gotta say that my experience at this location it has been nothing but very pleasant. Costumer service at his best. The beautiful and very well mannered person at the counter was able to answer all my question and solved all my packing and shipping needs. Thanks Olga
We will never use this location for uhaul again never had this problem before with uhaul that after you return they sent double on milage and out trip was straight shot there and back in which it was precise milage we told them at pick up so charge should have been double even if they was off slightly smh will never rent from this location for uhaul
A convenient place to get instant print outs when you do not have a printer on your own. Friendly staff and accessible location for people in Plano / Frisco areas. The print quality is also good and the service is fast.
