When returning the U-Haul, I was told to put key back into the key return box located at the front of the store. I looked and nothing, I called U-Haul to report my concerns, U-Haul looked into it and told me the Dropbox was located on the other side of the building. A note would be nice stating that’s where the Dropbox is located for after hours.
This place is the best. They offer wonderful, professional, friendly service and are extremely helpful. I have been going here for several years at least 3 times a month and never had a bad experience.
Leah did a great job cutting my son’s hair. She was friendly, patient, and paid attention to the details. The haircut turned out exactly how we wanted. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
The cashier/ lady today , Saturday at 1pm was very rude and arrogant; not accommodating at all; It don’t hurt to smile dang 🤦♀️ .
They are the BEST!!! I do tons of shipping, and they are always right on top of things, quick response and 100% reliable! I have been going there for more than 8 months, and plan to ship more tubes each week. Saves driving all over to various shippers like FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Great store! Olga is fantastic. Jim
