Terrible customer service. Strongly advise against using this location ever.
Always really helpful and quick to get packages out. I think often times people forget that you can drop pretty much any package here with the Pre Paid label. The lady always quick and helpful
When returning the U-Haul, I was told to put key back into the key return box located at the front of the store. I looked and nothing, I called U-Haul to report my concerns, U-Haul looked into it and told me the Dropbox was located on the other side of the building. A note would be nice stating that’s where the Dropbox is located for after hours.
This place is the best. They offer wonderful, professional, friendly service and are extremely helpful. I have been going here for several years at least 3 times a month and never had a bad experience.
