What a scam -- supposed to back up sellers shipping losses, but instead makes up excuses to not pay, then when proven wrong looks for another trumped up excuse. They support ebay and I have spoken with ebay representatives who agree with my position in this matter. Just look at the feedback -- vast majority of the customer input is critical of this terrible company. I got scammed and Lisa L was as helpful as a screen door on a submerged submarine.
Never paid out after given ample evidence, pictures, screenshots and messages. They claim the buyer themselves has to approve it WITHIN 30 DAYS. Suggest just taking them to small claims court if they refuse to pay out as they are essentially mafia members who will threaten you with federal laws around **** mail. This company and it's owners should be shut down and legally prosecuted, hopefully sooner than later.

Thank you for this review. Our records show you submitted this claim on 12/12/23. At the time you submitted your claim, **** automatically sent a link to your buyer asking them to verify they did not receive the item or received it in damaged condition. As we mentioned, your buyer did not verify the claim the claim electronically within the 30 days they had to do so. On 1/13/24, we sent an automated follow up advising what documentation you could provide in order to proceed with the claim. On 1/23/24, you submitted a contact... read more
*************************????** license #******* AIC-M Claims Administrator Denied my claim on **** eventhough I provided all the information that the item wasn't received. I was told if I could provide the buyer messages claiming not receiving item ID be paid in 3 days....it never happened they tried to make me wait 30 days claiming we never had the conversation. This lady is a liar and bad business. This is fraud denying claims for no reason and I might have to proceed with legal action.

Thank you for this review regarding your recent claim. As we discussed, your claim was initially filed too early on 2/9 instead of 2/10 and was suspended until the 30 day waiting period had passed. Your claim is currently waiting for your buyer to verify the loss electronically. At the time you submitted your claim, **** automatically sent a link to your buyer asking them to verify that they did not receive the item or received it in damaged condition. Once your buyer responds to that link, the claim will process within 2-3 ... read more

These people have a well organized scam going where they continuously find ways to make sure you don't get your claim paid. They now want shippers to ask their buyers to write letters 30 DAYS later and often after they have already been refunded.. why would someone take the time to do that when they have already been made whole? They won't and don't! Do not put your businesses package insurance in these peoples hands because they WILL find a way to screw you.
Professional scam artists !Submitted a claim that an item was lost in the mail. Dropped it off at the post office. Apparently no one scanned it. Thank you so much for this review. As we discussed, for this claim, **** shows you created the label on 2/9/22 but it was voided and never scanned or used. The policy covers your packages for being lost or damaged while in the care, custody, and control of ***** This package was never in **** possession. You also indicated that your buyer has never contacted you for a refund or initiated an Item Not Received case. It is likely that the buyer received the item you shipped under a different replacement label, since the claim y... read more
Theyre not gonna pay out the sales price, even if thats what ***** terms say. Theyre going to double and triple down, accuse you of criminal activity for missing a box, and pocket your money, and youre not allowed to appeal according to the agent and the owner. Seriously, you wanna see an insurance company try to define away their theft, check out the yelp page. I especially love the intimated attempts at blackmail. All I want is the sales price of my missing items, all the items in the shipment, as the program indicates, and... read more

Thank you for this review. The shipping protection value is pulled automatically directly from the label transaction values. Normally the shipping protection value is the value of the merchandise, however this label shows you declared a value of *****. The originally quoted shipping costs are also reimbursed (making the total protection claim value of 31.00).If you believe that is incorrect, you may want to check with someone in your shipping department to see if they are lowering the declared value for customs fraud or tax ... read more
Oh my god, what a horrible experience!!! Insured my parcel for $50, it got lost. I filed a claim thinking it would be a hassle free experience... What a mistake!!! Never ever!!!
Business response:
Thank you for this review. Unfortunately all claims require proper documentation, no matter the value. Your invoice shows a sale to one entity, but you shipped to a different entity and have not been able to document proof of the item's value. Additional documentation to validate the claim is required. The claim will finish processing once you have provided what we requested.
By far the worst insurance company ever. **** the representative from the claim department was extremely rude and wanted to mock the customer who was calling regarding a claim inquiry. This insurance company is a total fraud. Dont know use this company as an option when doing business on ***** This company makes up rules. If I could rate this business in the negative margin I would. Save your time by not dealing with this No *********************** The most unprofessional company Ive ever dealt with and **** is the worst rep... read more
