Some of the staff there were rude and unaccommodating. We waited days for results and didn't even get a call from a professional to say what they were and how long we'll have to quarantine for. They emailed the results with two different readings and when you don't understand what those are, you need guidance and we did not receive that there.
I did not get the results 4 days later
The staff was lovely but my sister did not get her results after 48 hours but within 72hrs. We paid $95 cash for the pcr covid test and now have to pay for a second test and reschedule flights. This is financially frustrating
