I stayed at Parc Suites for almost two weeks and enjoyed every aspect of my stay there! At arrival I was informed of private parking, got my keys, and was easily let in with no hassle. My apartment was fully stocked with everything you would need for cooking and storing food which helped a lot! The bed was comfortable and the washer dryer access was convenient as well. Would most definitely return.

This clean, neat, updated space had all the niceties of home including pots, pans, dishes, and glassware. A beautiful gas top stove and stainless steel fridge added to quaint cozy upgraded living. This place was ideal while working at the convention center and I will definitely stay again in the future.

Great apartment in a good location about 15-20 mins walk from the baseball park and downtown. The freeway is 2 mins from the property and public transport is available nearby I believe. There's plenty of shopping options for groceries at the Walmart and some local stores.

If you are looking for high quality upgrades (granite kitchen counter tops, new gas stove, very comfortable bed) and the comforts of your own home, this is the place to stay. This was my first visit to San Diego and I could not have been more comfortable at Parc Suites. If you are the type of person who does not mind a 20 minute walk to downtown then a car isn't really necessary. But there are sections of homeless people you will pass to and from the hotel. This was our second visit to Parc Suites. Kelly is fantastic. We stayed in the most basic of her units, comfortable but not recently updated. The location is fine and there was plenty of street parking as well as gated parking. We did a lot of our own cooking. The location is convenient to bus routes and walkable to downtown although we used a car this trip.

We really liked having our own private condo for the weekend, which felt like a home away from home. Bonus for the area: gated, on-site parking! We didn't run into any issues, so it was a fantastic stay!
