Facing several issues with CAPREIT Upper Management, including bad management, increased rent up to 12%. CAPREIT invests only in communal areas which allows them to claim a higher increase with TAL every year. However our nonfunctional shower took 2 yrs to repair! Dirty conditions and regular mouse and cockroaches’ infestation, absence of security. Not surprised to see so many 1 star reviews from past and current tenants.
I am staying in this building apartment from last 2 years approximately. Recently i had some problems with rent which was quickly addressed by this building admin team. Good thing is they listen to the problem and provide few solutions out of which i picked 1. I would like to thanks to property manager Ms Islem and admin team for the help. Also thanks to Building Maintenance and Cleaning Team to keep building very clean and plays a crucial role in ensuring a functional workspace.
