I realize that the staff is overwhelmed, but when I live hundreds and hundreds of miles away from my Dad, and I call for an update to see if he is at his End Of Life stage, the nurses have been rude, say there are no new updates, and hang up on me 😡😡 😥Â
I live almost 2000 miles away and called for information on my brother. He has problems and my family and myself are very worried about him. After being transferred to three people and the past two were rude l, need to implement people skills in their training. I have no answers, so we have to continue to stress and worry about our loved one. Great job for making your patients families feel like you are helping them and giving them piece of mind in these trying times.Â
