Our leasing consultant, Coleman, was great on the day of the tour, albeit a tad rushed at the end as the clock hit 5:00pm. No biggie, I get it. However, he was supposed to follow-up with numbers to help guide our decision making and now, a week later and two reminder emails from me, nothing. Don't make me chase you for the chance to pay $5000 a month for an apartment, dude.
