All I can say are positive things about the complex. From taking me on a tour, answering all my questions even after the tour through email or phone call, Jen and ladies and front have been nothing but gracious, kind, and so appreciate about the residents. I am now moved in it's been amazing. Across country to my happy place, Phoenix, and living and accomplex like Parc Midtown is my happy place too.
Horrible management and rude staff in office, Brittney spoke poorly about me in front of my child and he overheard her and reported it to me, they scam all their residents unfairly at move out, no parking ever, they tow residents out of their own lot inconveniencing tenants, hot tub is never hot, pool is closed for repairs often. I wish I never lived there! Thankfully moved out to a beautiful house!
We've done a couple of carpet cleaning jobs here. Also picked up and serviced some expensive oriental rugs. The front office people are amazing. Some units are difficult to reach with truck mount. So we use detached pro scrubs and extraction. We also introduced our ozone services to these customers.
I've lived here now 1.5 years and it has been a very good experience overall. This complex is priced reasonably well and they don't play games with rent prices like most of the other apartment complexes in the area. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The maintenance team are very responsive to maintenance requests and they actually communicate what is going on with your request; like if they have to get an outside contractor in to do the work or if they are waiting on parts to finish the repair. if it wasn’t for Jen and her hospitality she treats this place as if it’s her own I’m set on moving here and she definitely needs a raise or a promotion Parc Midtown I’m excited you guys are the start of my future and I plan on calling this home
