The cleaning, front desk, and maintenance staff are amazing. The community in this building is the best I have seen in a large apartment. However, management shows little concern about the deteriorating conditions in the building. Since we spoke two weeks ago, management has been better at communicating with tenants, but has not yet addressed tenant concerns about several key issues. The main issue being pests. I’ve really enjoyed living in this community — it’s a beautiful building with great amenities. The front desk staff, maintenance, and cleaning crew are always friendly, professional, and clearly work hard to keep things clean. However, I am extremely concerned about an ongoing pest issue that has been happening for a little over a month now. Views worth coming home to! Close to every kind of transportation imaginable. Shopping, groceries, medical, banking, daycare, dog park and doggie daycare, entertainment and restaurants within short walk. The 20th floor pool and clubhouse is the envy of Alexandria! I’ve lived in this community for over two years and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The team from the leasing agents, concierge and maintenance all seem to take pride in making sure the building and community are well taken care of. Whenever I have special requests or questions someone responds within a reasonable amount of time and addresses the issue. The neighbors are friendly, mature and everyone seems to respect the rules of the property.
