Living here at Parc Meridian has been a huge letdown. Over the past couple of years, it feels like one thing after another. Back in 2024 and 2025, we had to deal with the lobby AC being broken for months, a business center that was basically unusable, frustrating losses of water and power, broken garage doors, and an emergency incident that shut down the fitness center for ages. The apartments here are unique and very attractive. It is a smoke free environment. Equally important, toxic building materials here are at a minimum because this is a Leed certified building. Unfortunately, the past several years have seen a serious decline in the upkeep of the property, especially in the hallways where years of people moving and damaging the walls have not been repaired, and some entryway issues from when the place was first built have never been resolved, so an alarm is frequently going off. The staff at Parc Meridian were super helpful and provided me with all the information and guidance I needed. The one problem I faced was that I had scheduled a loading dock for moving in but when I arrived there was a van parked in the loading dock in the area I had reserved. The van belonged to a carpet company doing work in the building. This lead to a roughly 35-40 minute wait until the other loading dock became free and I was able to use that. I've had a great experience living here, and I especially want to recognize Doniece in the leasing office. From my initial move-in to helping me transition to a different unit and renewing my lease, she has been absolutely wonderful every step of the way. It's a great place to live for many reasons. The apartments are well maintained, the amenities are fantastic, and the concierge staff are helpful. My only wish is that the apartment below mine would stop smoking. Also, since the kitchens lack ventilation, be prepared to smell everything your neighbors are cooking. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.
